This Privacy Policy explains how ShapeYou (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Workout Planner app (“App”). By using the App you agree to this policy.

The “Injuries & limitations” field may contain sensitive health information. We use it only to tailor workout recommendations and do not share it beyond what is described in this policy.
Subscription transactions are handled entirely by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive only your subscription entitlement status (free / premium) from RevenueCat; we never see or store your payment card details.

The App is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a person under 18 has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, Firebase security rules, access controls) to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If we make material changes we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you through the App. Continued use of the App after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
